Today Yoga Journal's 21 Day Yoga Challenge has started! If you haven't signed up yet, you can do it here ;)
The challenge is to do 1 yoga practice, have 1 vegetarian meal and do 15 minutes meditation EVERY day. When you sign up, you receive daily e-mails with practice videos, veggie recipes and audio guided meditation with some tips and tricks :)
